We want you to be excited about recommending our condos to your family and friends. Our guests have exclusive use of under the building parking (not available with all units). You also have FREE beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach – a $150 value). No need to haul chairs and umbrellas up and down every day. New for 2010 in 1405 are: 1. Living Room The great room includes a galley kitchen, the dining area as well as a comfortable area to sit and look out the wall of windows to view the beautiful gulf, visit with your friends play games, or watch TV. The modern efficient kitchen has a range with oven, microwave, double sink, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and pantry. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee pot, toaster, and cookware. A large sun overlooks the glass topped dining table with four cushioned chairs. There are two bar stools for the kitchen bar that will allow a total of six visitors to dine comfortably. The living area is furnished with bright colored striped love-seat and sofa with a pullout queen bed. A red wooden armoire holds the TV with cable programming including HBO, a DVD player and high speed internet.

Master
Master View Of the Gulf The master suite has a king-sized bed accompanied by night stands with reading lamps. A full-sized dresser with mirror is provided for easy unpacking. The room also contains a wicker chair and small TV with cable. The master suite has a clothes closet in the hall that leads to the private bath area. The master bath has double sinks in the vanity area and a separate room that houses the whirlpool tub/shower and commode and provides lots of room to get ready to go out on the town!
Bunk Room with Queen Bed Entering the condo the bunk room is on the right. The bunk room has a window and is basically a bedroom without a closet. The room is nicely furnished with a queen bed on risers so that you can keep suit cases under the bed. The bunk room has a wicker dresser to store your belongings. You can close the door for privacy. There is a full bath across the hall from the bunk room.
Wish I was Here! The over-sized balcony can be entered from the living area or master bedroom. The balcony has a nice glass table and four comfortable chairs or stretch out and relax on the chaise lounge. Imagine the sensational view of the sugar white beach and the emerald green waters of the gulf from the balcony. Fall 2009
Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. There are four in our family and we had plenty of room. We normally go to Destin for the week of Thanksgiving but we decided to try Panama City. We have really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was wonderful. We saw tons of sting rays, three dolphins and one large jelly fish. Our kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach. The temperature was an average of 70-75 degrees all week. We ate at Margaritaville – good atmosphere but don’t go there expecting seafood. Sharky’s was my favorite and the kids loved the playground on the beach. My husband liked the “all u can eat crab legs” at Dirty Dick’s but the regular menu items were a little pricy. We will be back hopefully in July, 2010. We look forward to it and trying Angelo’s Steakhouse and Captain Andersons.

Just wanted to thank you and let you know we thoroughly enjoyed your condo. 1405 was such a nice surprise
when we got there in the evening. Everything we needed was there and it is decorated so nice. Having
the parking space under the building was another A++. We were happy it was located away from the busy section,
which we got caught in that traffic on the way in.
We had a great time and totally enjoyed the view from the balcony every chance we got. We have never visited
anywhere near this area of FL and definitely plan to come there again someday(hopefully next school spring
break).
Thank you again for the use of your condo, and we hope to visit again and again.

The condo was awesome! It was clean and had cool things hung on the wall. We had a lot of fun even though the water was a little cool. We didn't see a lot of crabs but did see one turtle. We went on a banana boat ride which was great! We hope to come back soon.

We loved the condo! We enjoyed laying out on the beach and soaking up the sun. If your kids are into little critters you can find hermit crabs and turtles almost anywhere. We love Panama City Beach and hope to stay with you again.
