Reserve our sought after 11^th floor condo for your 2010 beach vacation.  Many of our past guests say this unit is “just like home” and we believe our 2009 rentals of 26 guests including 6 repeat customers speak to our commitment to provide you with a fun, relaxing beach vacation.  We are hands on owners/managers and provide our guests with these extras:

1.       Celadon Beach Resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

2.       Nicely decorated unit with constant owner attention to upkeep.

3.       The only 11th floor 1Br condo with the master bedroom on the gulf with a door to the deck. 

4.       Free Reserved under the building parking (not available with all units).

5.       Free beach service (two chairs and umbrella on the beach – a $150 value).

For 2010, we have put new mattresses on the king size master bed and have also updated some light fixtures, the patio furniture and linens. Televisions have been added to the bunk room.  This unit was painted and new carpet (which was cleaned in November 2009) added in December 2008.  The living area and master bedroom have custom wall-to-wall black out draperies to keep the sun out for sleeping-in while on vacation.   

Living Room

UPDATE New  - Fresh Paint (walls, ceiling and trim) and new carpet 12.08.  New tan couch and loveseat in 1105 (6/08).  In addition, custom wall to wall black out draperies were installed February 2008!  This condo is like New!

The great room includes a galley kitchen, the dining area as well as a comfortable area to sit and look out the wall of windows the beautiful gulf, visit with your friends play games, or watch TV.  The modern efficient kitchen has a range with oven, microwave, double sink, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and pantry.  The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee pot, toaster, and cookware.  A large sun overlooks the dark wooden dining table area with four cushioned chairs.  There are two folding chairs in the master bedroom closet to allow six visitors to dine comfortably.

The living area is furnished with a tan love seat and matching sofa with pullout queen bed.  A dark wooden armoire which matches the dining table holds the TV with cable programming including HBO, a DVD player and high speed internet.  There is also a small game table which has checkers, chess, and Chinese checkers.

Master Bedroom

The master suite has a king-sized bed accompanied by night stands with fringed lamps.  Want to sleep in?  New black out draperies will help.  A full-sized dresser with mirror is provided for easy unpacking.  The room also contains a wicker chair and small TV with cable.  The master suite has a clothes closet in the hall that leads to the private bath area.  The master bath with double sinks in the vanity area and a separate room that houses the shower/tub and commode provides lots of room to get ready to go out on the town!

Bunk Room

Entering the condo the bunk room is on the right.  The bunk room has a window and is basically a bedroom without a closet.  The room is nicely furnished with a white day bed with a trundle that allows two guests a comfortable nights rest.  The bunk room has a dresser to store your belongings.  You can close the door for privacy.  There is a full bath across the hall from the bunk room.

Dining/Kitchen

Wow the Gulf in December from the Living Room!

The over-sized balcony can be entered from the living area or master bedroom.  The balcony has a nice glass topped table and four comfortable chairs or stretch out and relax on the chaise lounge.  Enjoy the sensational view of the sugar white beach and the emerald green waters of the gulf.
