My name is Jerry. My wife and I have owned a condo at Celadon
Beach Resort since May 2004. A few of our friends asked us to help them with rentals. The
Best Panama City Beach Condo Rental web site lists our friend’s condos that are for rent at Celadon Beach
Resort (there is a tab on the left menu bar with pictures of each condo). The condos listed are condos
that we would be happy to rent ourselves. Our friends work hard to keep their condos updated and clean
for your family and friends enjoyment.
We try to visit Celadon at least once a month. We hope to see
you on the beach at Celadon.

you! The condo had everything we needed.
We ate a lot of
nice restaurants - bbq at Salty Sue' s was great - as was the steak at Angelo's Steak Pit. Our last night
was food at Boar's Head, both tuna and steak were good. We had wonderful weather with a few light showers
to cool things off that no one minded. Loved watching the rays from the balcony - also the
sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay at Celadon. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We
attended the Seafood, Wine & Music Fest on Sunday evening. Grand Funk Railroad was awesome! The balance of
the week was spent at the beach soaking up the rays … and eating. Our favorite restaurant is Boars Head. All the
food is delicious – the Key Lime Pie is the best we’ve found.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our
family. There are four in our family and we had plenty of room. We normally go to Destin for the week of
Thanksgiving but we decided to try Panama City. We have really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was wonderful.
We saw tons of sting rays, three dolphins and one large jelly fish. Our kids had a wonderful time playing on the
beach. The temperature was an average of 70-75 degrees all week. We ate at Margaritaville – good atmosphere but
don’t go there expecting seafood. Sharky’s was my favorite and the kids loved the playground on the beach. My
husband liked the “all u can eat crab legs” at Dirty Dick’s but the regular menu items were a little pricy. We
will be back hopefully in July, 2010. We look forward to it and trying Angelo’s Steakhouse and Captain
Anderson's.
Thank you for sharing your little piece of Heaven with us. Your condo was
great, neatly kept and well equipped and just what we needed. See you again soon!

We have owned a condo at Celadon
Beach Resort since it opened in May 2004 and visit the beach often.
We enjoy Celadon and Panama City
Beach so much that we purchased two more condos in 2007.
What makes your Panama
City Beach condo rentals better than the other condos?
Imagine a private master bedroom
suite on the gulf side of the building not the street side.

water.
Enjoy the soothing sound of
gentle waves breaking on the beach through the sliding doors leading to the
balcony.
Plenty of room to hang out and
enjoy the view of the beach.
The owners take great care
of the condos.
There is plenty of parking
across the street in a covered parking deck with access through an air conditioned
walkway.
How many guests can stay at the condo?
The condos listed range from one
to three bedrooms. Look at the picture tab for each condo to see how many people are allowed to stay in
the unit as well as the sleeping accommodations.

Are the Condos Clean?
Darn right they are!
Each owner works with their service to be sure that the condos are clean.
If there is an issue with the condo all you have to do is call the owner to
reserve your issue.
If I end up with significant
complaints about a condo i will remove the listing from the Best Panama City Condo Rental web
site.
When the owners are at the
beach they also do some deep cleaning and paint touch up to keep the condos in tip top
shape.

The beach is so close that you can run up and down to your condo
any time you want.
"The
kids..."
Celadon Beach Resort is a wonderful place to be a
kid!
You can bring them and play on the beach all
day.
Go parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, ride huge aqua bikes, banana
boat, skim board, play tennis, shuffleboard or just float on an air mattress and swim in the gulf
waters.
Panama City beach also has tons of things for kids to do…miniature golf, a
water park, go carts, arcades and other stuff too numerous to mention.
Your kids will have the time of their lives at Celadon Beach
Resort...and they appreciate you when you return home. (I have kids...it's always refreshing when they
appreciate you!)
I don’t like to swim in the gulf. Have any pools?
Celadon Beach Resort has two pools
and two hot tubs. One pool and one hot tub are on the
beach. The other pool and hot tub are across the street in the clubhouse
complex.
The Clubhouse pool is seasonally
heated.
Need space for an “Event”
Renting our clubhouse for an event

Panama City Beach and Spring
Break.
Yes the eastern end of Panama City
Beach does have a stent with the active college crowd during the March spring break
season.
Celadon Beach is located on the
western end of Panama City Beach.
We do not rent the condos to
people under 25 and the vast majority of the Celadon owners don’t either.
Celadon strives to provide a family
friendly environment for you to enjoy. We let the other end of the beach
have all the fun with the younger crowd.
Don’t get me wrong the east end of
the beach has some fun things to do too. We do head for Schooners and
enjoy a fried grouper sandwich and a few cold ones at the beach grill.
Famous stars such as Courteney
Cox and Hank Williams, Jr. frequent the area.
Did you know that David Arquette
proposed to Courteney Cox on the beach in front of Schooners restaurant?
Is Traffic a pain in the neck in
PCB?
I hear
you.
We have been to beach towns that
have such bad traffic that you never want to go back. Come to think of it
traffic is a big reason why we chose to buy condos in PCB instead of
Destin.
Traffic in PCB is no problem unless
you want it to be.
Sure if you choose to cruise front
beach road to look at all of the sights, traffic can be a little congested. Lots of scooters, motorcycles, top down convertibles, people in bathing suits, and the gulf,
aromas wafting from the restaurants and such. Come to think of it what is
wrong with a little traffic?
Want to get from place to place
fast? Do as us locals do. Cut
over to back beach road and travel the beach from end to end at 45-55 mph.
