We have
owned a condo at Celadon Beach Resort since it opened in May
2004 and visit the beach often.
We enjoy
Celadon and Panama City Beach so much that we purchased two
more condos in 2007. The
two one bedroom condos are the ones that we are offering for
your beach vacation.
Will you be
the Owner when we arrive for Our
Vacation?
Yes we
will! Our condos are not
for sale.
Don’t worry
about losing your reservation because the condo you reserved
has been sold and the new owner has different plans.
We are in
Celadon for the long run.
We plan to
build long-term trusting relationships with our guests.
Nothing
makes us happier than hearing from our guests and booking that

What
makes your condos better than the other one bedroom
condos?
Imagine a
private master bedroom suite on the gulf side of the building
not the street side. Celadon' s 1105, 1405
etc. units share this
layout.

suites.
Enjoy the
soothing sound of gentle waves breaking on the beach through a
sliding door leading to the
balcony.

also plenty of parking across the street in a covered parking
deck with access through an air conditioned walkway.

not have to haul chairs in and out

How many
guests can stay at the condo?
The master
suite has a king size
bed.
The bunk
room has either a queen bed or a trundle
bed.
The living
room sofa has a queen
sleeper.
Sorry no
pets.
Are your
Condos Clean?
Darn right they
are!
This is the second year that our
cleaning service has been with us. Marcia and Steven are long time PCB
residents and take pride in their work.
If there is an issue with
the condo you can call them and they will make it
right.
When Pam and
I are at the beach we also do some deep cleaning and paint
touch up to keep the condos in tip top
shape.
Are your
condos updated?
Yes.
We
constantly look at the condos to make sure that they are ready
for your vacation. No one
wants to stay in an
outdated
dump.
The condos were just painted in
December 2008.
We have also replaced carpet in
one condo and upgraded the appliances in the other
condo.
The living room furniture is like
new (less than two years old) and some of the other furnishings
have been updated as well.

The 2009 rates are the
same as the 2008 rates.
Our rates are not the
lowest or the highest but we give lots of value for your hard
earned dollars.
It costs less to stay
in our condos than staying at a resort hotel but you get so
much more than a hotel
room.

Planning to cook while
visiting the beach?
The condos have fully
equipped kitchens.
Publix and Winn Dixie
are close by.
Want to be pampered on
the Beach?
Not everyone gives
their guests FREE beach service, but we do.
The white sand beach
with emerald water is steps away from the condo
elevator.
Two chairs with thick
cushions to lounge away the day
in.
Read books, look for
dolphins, watch people, build sand castles, and play frisbee
you can do it all.
Want to sunbathe? Have
the beach attendant move your umbrella to allow the sun to
drench your body.
Too much sun?
The beach attendant will happily
position your umbrella for maximum shade.
The beach is so close
that you can run up and down to your condo any time you
want.
"The
kids..."
Celadon
Beach Resort is a wonderful place to be a kid!
You can
bring them and play on the beach all day.
Go
parasailing, jet skiing, ocean kayaking, ride huge aqua bikes,
banana boat, skim board, play tennis, shuffleboard or just
float on an air mattress and swim in the gulf waters.
Panama City
beach also has tons of things for kids to do…miniature golf, a
water park, go carts, arcades and other stuff too numerous to
mention.
The condos
have separate bunk rooms for your kids to enjoy.
They are not stuck in the hallway
in bunk areas.
Everyone
gets the privacy that makes beach vacations fun including
private adult time.
Your kids
will have the time of their lives at Celadon Beach
Resort...and they appreciate you when you return home. (I
have kids...it's always refreshing when they appreciate
you!)
I don’t like
to swim in the gulf. Have
any pools?
Celadon
beach Resort has two pools and two hot tubs.
One pool and one hot tub
are on the beach. The other pool and hot tub are across
the street in the clubhouse
complex.
The
Clubhouse pool is seasonally
heated.
Need space
for an “Event”
Renting our
clubhouse for an event is only $200 per day.

Panama City
Beach and MTV.
Yes eastern
end of Panama City Beach does have a stent with MTV during the
March spring break
season.
Celadon
Beach is located on the western end of Panama City
Beach.
We do not
rent our condos to people under 25 and the vast majority of the
Celadon owners don’t either. I saw an ad the other day that one of the
owners does not rent to people under
30.
Celadon
strives to provide a family friendly environment for you to
enjoy. We let the other
end of the beach have all the fun with the younger
crowd.
Don’t get me
wrong the east end of the beach has some fun things to do
too. We do head for
Schooners and enjoy a fried grouper sandwich and a few cold
ones at the beach grill.
Famous stars
such as Courteney Cox and Hank Williams, Jr. frequent the
area.
Did you know
that David Arquette proposed to Courteney Cox on the beach in
front of Schooners restaurant?
Is Traffic a
pain in the neck in
PCB?
I hear
you.
We have been
to beach towns that have such bad traffic that you never want
to go back. Come to think
of it that is a big reason why we chose to buy condos in PCB
instead of Destin.
Traffic in
PCB is no problem unless you want it to
be.
Sure if you
choose to cruise front beach road to look at all of the sights,
traffic can be a little congested. Lots of scooters, motorcycles, top down
convertibles, people in bathing suits, and the gulf, aromas
wafting from the restaurants and such.
Come to think of it what is
wrong with a little traffic? We may be in one of the top down
convertibles that you
see.
Want to get
from place to place fast? Do as us locals do. Cut over to back beach road and travel the
beach from end to end at 45-55
mph.
